I never know how hard it would be to make myself breakfast … I mean, babies are easy, right? BAHAHAHA! Sure, they are cute, but they are demanding little creatures.
So, when I decided to transition into a vegan lifestyle, I needed something fast, savory, and healthy. Thank you Tofu Scramble for making my dreams come true. I was always a sucker for an awesome egg scramble, so this recipe from Post Punk Kitchen was a great place to start. I posted a photo of this over on Instagram with a description about needing to find the right blend of seasonings before sharing the recipe. For now, please check out the version on her site … it’s yummy, I just prefer a less salty, more flavorful blend (which I’m still working on). Once I have it down, I’ll share here!!
